ABOUT Saturn
Danny “Saturn” Lee is a Diviner, Amulet and Talisman Artist, Movement Artist, Herbalist, Earth Steward, and Liberation Worker based in Providence, Rhode Island.
Saturn received their name from community members in observance of the Capricorn stellium in their birth chart. They are gender-expansive and therefore use they/them pronouns.
A descendant of enslaved peoples who were abducted from what is now known as Benin, Togo, Nigeria, and Ghana, and taken to the island now known as Jamaica, Saturn honors and nurtures their connection with the spiritual traditions of their ancestors. They are a priestex (a gender-neutral term to describe a person called to serve a cultural spiritual path) within the traditions of Obeah and Vodou.
With over seven years of experience, they are versed in several divination methods—including tarot, Akashic Records, Vodou leson, tea leaf reading, and scrying. They are also versed in breathwork, ritual work, and somatic movement.
Saturn’s spiritual practice is a cornerstone of their artistic expression. As a dancer, theater performer, and jewelry artist with over ten years of experience, they create and perform with the intention to liberate the mind, body, and spirit from oppressive vibrations and misaligned frequencies.
Saturn created Saturnian Mystic in response to “The Call” put forth by their Ancestors to be a guiding light for their community. As an Afro-Carribean, Queer, Neurodivergent individual with an intimate understanding of Western oppression, they center and uplift marginalized peoples in every aspect of their work.
Their mission is to help people reach right relationship with their spiritual wellness through ancestral acknowledgment, creativity, and connection with the land.
